EXPRESS DELIVERY

If you do not receive your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days after the delivery date indicated on your tracking information.

Returns France

It depends on the service you have used. The return can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to be delivered and processed by our team. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

International Returns

It depends on the service you used to return your item(s). The return can take between 7 and 21 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to be delivered and processed by our team. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

In case you receive the wrong product or the wrong order, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number,
  • The name of the product(s) you did not receive,
  • The name of the product(s) you received in its place,
  • A photo of the product(s) you received.
  • Your request will be processed as soon as possible after receiving your email with the requested information.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment:

Other credit cards are not accepted but can eventually be added to a PayPal account, after which you can pay for your order on our website using PayPal.

You will find your invoice in the order confirmation e-mail you receive after placing an order. You can also find the invoice in your Signorini TARTUFI account. If you cannot find the invoice, please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@signorinitartufi.com so that we can send it to you.
