    • Dehydrated summer truffle.

      To rehydrate it, simply place it on your very hot dish a few minutes before serving. You can also rehydrate summer truffles by soaking them in a bowl of lukewarm water for about 25 minutes. Once rehydrated, filter the truffle infusion and keep it to prepare your sauces, risottos and others!

    • Dehydrated porcini mushrooms

      To rehydrate dried porcini mushrooms, soak them in a bowl of warm water for 30 minutes. Once the porcini mushrooms are rehydrated, set them aside. Filter the infusion of ceps to remove any traces of sand and soil. This infusion will be used as a base to prepare your sauce.
