“Pancakes with hazelnut cream and summer truffle”

The Truffle Specialist • SIGNORINI TARTUFI

Ingredients (for 10 medium pancakes):
  • 2 eggs
  • 85g of flour
  • 35g cornstarch
  • 25cl of milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Hazelnut cream with summer truffle Signorini Tartufi
Preparation :
  1. Beat the eggs into an omelette, then add the flour and cornstarch.
  2. Heat the milk with the vanilla seeds over low heat.
  3. Pour the latter warm on the first mixture.
  4. Oil a pan and make the pancakes.
  5. Spread with our hazelnut cream with summer truffle.
