The website www.signorinitartufi.com is reserved for consumers. The purchase of product(s) by a professional for resale is prohibited.

ARTICLE 3 – CONSUMER INFORMATION

In accordance with Articles L 111-1 and L 113-3 of the French Consumer Code, the essential characteristics and prices of our products sold electronically are available on the website www.signorinitartufi.com.

In addition, the customer receives the information provided for in Articles L 121-18 and L 121-19 of the Consumer Code, before and after the conclusion of the sale and in particular by these general conditions of sale which he declares to have read before the validation of his order and to which he has access from the website www.signorinitartufi.com.

The photos of the items for sale on the website www.signorinitartufi.com have no contractual value and are likely to vary in relation to the items themselves.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY

The prices of the products sold on the website www.signorinitartufi.com are indicated per item and reference and include all taxes (including VAT) excluding delivery costs. At the time of the validation of the order, the price to be paid by the customer is understood to be the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the all-inclusive price of the items that make up the order plus delivery charges. For orders over 50€00 in France, delivery costs are included. The telecommunication costs inherent to access to the site remain the responsibility of the customer.

The conditions of validity of our offers of products and prices are determined by the update of the site at the exit of our innovations or our promotions and remain applicable as long as they remain accessible of our fact.

The products on sale on the website www.signorinitartufi.com are available while stocks last. If one or more items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice between keeping the rest of his order or cancelling it entirely. If the customer’s credit card has been debited, the reimbursement of the amount concerned will be made by crediting the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment within 30 days at the latest.

ARTICLE 5 – STAGES OF THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE

1- Add items to your cart.

2- Fill out the order form.

3- Verify the elements of your order, identify and correct any errors that may have been made during data entry.

4- Validate the order, the total price and the all-inclusive price, by clicking on “Order”, which implies the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale of Signorini TARTUFI.

5- Follow the instructions of the electronic payment server of our partners Stripe or Paypal to pay your Signorini TARTUFI order. Your bank account will be debited with the all-inclusive price including the total price of the items shipped and the shipping costs.

6- You will receive an electronic acknowledgement of receipt confirming your order.

7- You receive your package at the delivery address you provided when you placed your order.

At the time of the establishment of the account opening form, of the communication of his personal data, of his credit card number and the confidential data which relate to it and of the validation of order, the customer commits himself to the respect of the present contractual conditions in application of the article 1316-1 of the civil code.

Signorini TARTUFI may refuse to fulfill any order that is abnormal or abusive.

ARTICLE 6 – SECURE PAYMENT

The payment of the customer’s purchases is made by credit card, PayPal account or via Stripe.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa (all countries), Mastercard (all countries) , American Express (all countries except Brazil and Malaysia) , Discover & Diners (USA only) , China UnionPay (USA only) , Japan Credit Bureau (Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand & USA) , Interac (Canada only).

Other credit cards are not accepted but can eventually be added to a PayPal account, after which you can pay for your order on our website using PayPal. Concerning a payment by CB (credit card, Visa or Mastercard), Stripe is the only one, through its secured space, to have knowledge of the customer’s banking information. This information does not transit in any way on the website www.signorinitartufi.com. Paypal allows you to pay online without providing your financial information during the transaction. In accordance with the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by credit card is irrevocable. By communicating his credit card number and the above-mentioned information, the customer authorizes the company Signorini TARTUFI to debit his credit card for the total amount including all taxes of his order (including shipping costs).

To this end, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on the bank card to be debited is indeed his own, and then communicates in a secure environment on the site of our payment partner Stripe, the sixteen-digit number and expiry date appearing on the front of his bank card, as well as, where applicable, the numbers of the visual cryptogram appearing on the back of his bank card. In order to provide additional security for online payment by credit card, this payment will benefit from the 3D secure program.

The purpose of this program is to combat fraud by asking the Internet user who wishes to make a payment on the Internet to identify himself when paying by credit card on the e-merchant’s website. During the transaction, the cardholder is directed to a page of his bank and enters data that the bank can verify. This security is materialized by the presence of the logos “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard SecureCode”.

ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For any order placed on www.signorinitartufi.com we commit ourselves to prepare your order in 72 hours maximum 10 working days for it to be shipped and received.

At the time of the seizure of his order, the customer must choose the mode of delivery proposed on the e-boutique site and the place of delivery: – Colissimo for a delivery in Metropolitan France and Corsica – Colissimo international for delivery abroad.

In case of absence during a Colissimo delivery to the address indicated by the customer, the package is left in the customer’s mailbox. If this is not possible, a delivery notice is normally left by the carrier: the customer can then collect his package from the post office with proof of identity within 15 days following the date of filing of this notice. After this period, the package will be returned to the company Signorini TARTUFI. The Signorini TARTUFI Customer Service will then contact the customer for a possible reshipment or, without response from the customer, for a refund of the order.

The customer can follow the progress of the processing of his order by sending an email to Signorini TARTUFI‘s customer service: hello@signorinitartufi.fr which will inform them about the processing status of their order.

If the order has been sent, Signorini TARTUFI will provide a tracking number to the customer, who will then be able to follow its delivery by visiting the websites made available by Colissimo: http://www.coliposte.net.

Each delivery is deemed to be made as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the tracking of delivery offered on the Colissimo websites mentioned above.

If 5 working days after the shipment of the package, the customer has no news of his order, he must contact the post office nearest to the place of delivery. If neither the post office nor the delivery tracking system proposed on the Colissimo websites and mentioned above do not have any trace of the package, the customer must contact Signorini TARTUFI through the Customer Service of Signorini TARTUFI which will then open an inquiry with the post office. The delays for a final answer from the Post Office vary from one to three weeks after the file has been taken into account by the services of Signorini TARTUFI.

If the parcel is found, it is sent to the customer: the reception procedure then follows its normal course (deposit of the parcel or calling card).

If the package is declared lost (the final answer is often formulated within the maximum time limit, i.e. three weeks), Signorini TARTUFI then notifies the Customer and immediately commits to reimburse the package (products and shipping costs).

In case of non-delivery due to a wrong address given by the customer, or any other cause due to the customer (absence of name on the mailbox, lack of information …) the return of the package will be reorganized, at the expense of the customer.

Are considered in particular as cases of force majeure discharging the company Signorini TARTUFI from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, impossibility to be supplied?

In any case, the delivery of our products within the deadlines can only take place if our buyers are up to date with their obligations towards us.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration. The said reserves and claims must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days, not including holidays, following the delivery of the products, a copy will be immediately sent to the company Signorini TARTUFI. Failure to file a claim within the said deadlines will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.

The customer must ensure that the items delivered to him correspond to his order. In the event that the delivered items do not comply in kind or in quality with the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the customer must inform by email the Customer Service Department of Signorini TARTUFI: hello@signorinitartufi.fr and return the items to the address and under the conditions provided in Article 8.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURN POLICY

In accordance with Articles L 121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a cooling-off period of fourteen clear days from the date of delivery to reconsider his decision. In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you, as a consumer, benefit from a period of fourteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at this address: hello@signorinitartufi.fr. No return will be accepted without prior written request of the Customer to Signorini TARTUFI. Packages will be sent by the same method of sending the order, and must be returned to the following address: 16, allée Charles Nungesser, 06210 Mandelieu la Napoule.

For any item returned and paid for by the customer, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • le produit est retourné simplement parce que vous n’êtes pas satisfait (exercice du droit de rétractation) : remboursement du produit retourné et des frais d’envoi, frais de retour à votre charge.
  • le produit est retourné pour un motif qui incombe à Signorini TARTUFI : remboursement du produit, des frais d’envoi et de retours éventuels.

No returns or replacements will be accepted after the expiration of the use-by date. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Incomplete, damaged, or damaged returns will not be accepted.

Customs charges may apply and are at the customer’s expense for reception in non-EU countries and French overseas departments and territories. 

Beyond this period of 14 days, as evidenced by the postmark, your return package can unfortunately no longer be taken into account and will be readdressed to you. 

When several items ordered on the site www.signorinitartufi.com have been shipped at once (in a single package) and the customer decides to return the items that would not fit in a single return shipment, the return shipping costs will be offered to the customer. In the event that the customer decides to proceed with several shipments, the return costs from the 2nd shipment onwards will be at the customer’s expense. In all cases, the items must be returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return slip (provided on request by logging on our return portal) carefully filled out, to the following address:

The risks of return are always borne by the customer. The customer is therefore strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of its sending and giving it a certain date (registered with acknowledgement of receipt, colissimo suivi, etc.). Otherwise, Signorini TARTUFI will not be able to process your return.

If the return is due to an error on our part, the outward delivery costs paid by the customer will be refunded.

Once the goods have been received, checked and accepted by our services, Signorini TARTUFI will refund the customer the price of the returned products or will issue a credit note valid for 6 months on the site, at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products.

When an order has been placed with a coupon, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the refund amount in proportion to the number of items ordered.

When an order has been placed with a credit note, returned products cannot be refunded. Only exchange or credit note will be authorized. For any other information, claim or question relating to the conditions of mail-order sales set up by the company SIGNORINI TARRTUFI, customers should send an e-mail to the following address: hello@signorinitartufi.fr, recalling in both cases the reference and the date of the order.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Notwithstanding the specific warranty conditions given to the customer with the delivered item, the items sold on the site www.signorinitartufi.com are subject to the warranty conditions provided by law.

The responsibility of the company Signorini TARTUFI cannot be engaged: – in case of breach of contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure; – in case of non-substantial differences between the photos and illustrations of the articles on our site and the ordered articles.

ARTICLE 10 – DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

The Signorini TARTUFI company manages an electronic file that records certain personal data relating to its customers. During an order placed on the website www.signorinitartufi.com by any new customer, this database is enriched with information concerning him/her, which will allow, thereafter, to better meet his/her expectations and to facilitate the assistance services provided by the Signorini TARTUFI Customer Relationship Service.

This database has been the subject of a declaration, in accordance with the requirements of the law relating to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties of January 6, 1978, amended by the law of August 6, 2004.

In the event that the customer consents to communicate individual data of a personal nature, he will then have the individual right of access, withdrawal and rectification provided by law and may in this regard have any information concerning him that is no longer relevant deleted, by making a written request to the company Signorini TARTUFI, send an email to the following address hello@signorinitartufi.fr.

Depending on the choices made during the creation or consultation of their accounts on the Internet, customers may choose whether they wish to receive offers from the Signorini TARTUFI brand, and/or offers from external companies that are partners of Signorini TARTUFI. ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The brand “Signorini TARTUFI“, the illustrations, the logos and slogans, the drawings and models appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of the company Signorini TARTUFI. Any total or partial reproduction, without the express and prior agreement of the company Signorini TARTUFI, is strictly forbidden in application of articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the intellectual property code and constitutes a counterfeit and a crime.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

The present general sales conditions and the commercial relationship between the company Signorini TARTUFI and the customer are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the commercial relationship between the company Signorini TARTUFI and the customer will be submitted to the competence of the French courts.
